Monthly General and Board Meetings

In addition to track events, COM also has monthly meetings, in which the business of the running the club is attended to by the Officers and Board of Directors.

The monthly Board Meetings are held at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of every month.

At the monthly Board Meeting, the Officers and Board of Directors gather to conduct the business of running the club. These meetings are open to all members, and the Board Meeting is the official forum in which members may make suggestions, lodge complaints, ask questions, and propose rules changes. The Board Meeting is also the best way to find out about how the club is run, and even volunteer to help with the many tasks that are required
